Who we are
Creative Motion is operated by Panagiotis T, based in Athens, Greece. We are the controller of the personal data described here. You can reach us at info@creativemotion.gr.
What we collect
We only collect what you send us through our forms or by email:
- Free sample form: your name, email, website, the product you'd like the sample to be about, and any notes you add.
- Application form: your name, email, website, monthly Meta ad spend range, what you need, and whether you're interested in media buying.
We don't use advertising or tracking cookies. To understand how many people visit the site, we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which doesn't set cookies or identify individual visitors.
Why we use it
- To make the sample ad you asked for, and to reply to your application. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before a possible contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)).
- To follow up about our services after you've contacted us. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in replying to business enquiries (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)). You can ask us to stop at any time.
Who else handles it
We use a small number of service providers to run the site and our email:
- Cloudflare, Inc. hosts the website and provides privacy-friendly analytics.
- Web3Forms delivers form submissions to our inbox.
- Google Ireland Limited (Google Workspace) provides our email.
Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where they do, they rely on safeguards recognised under GDPR, such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. We never sell your data.
How long we keep it
If we don't end up working together, we delete your details within 12 months of our last contact. If we do, we keep them for as long as the work and our legal and tax obligations require.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to how we use it, or to receive a copy of it. Email us at info@creativemotion.gr and we'll reply within one month. You can also complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (www.dpa.gr) or to the data protection authority where you live.
